Infiniti draws on metadata and an organization’s relational database management system (RDMS) to produce up-to-date data such as:

  • The number of documents and emails an organization generates
  • Average length of time each document takes to construct
  • Document accuracy (including client information, price, clauses, logos and formatting)
  • Efficiency of document generation, and areas for improvement
  • Output and printing costs

Organizations can also use line-of-business (LOB) data when generating documents for client and sales information.

Infiniti’s XML rules engine provides document generation services and Q&A logic processing. This allows users to automate business processes based on predetermined business rules while ensuring that document components, data, and design layers yield quality output.

Infiniti processes data in parallel with document generation. As an XML rules-based tool, it runs a series of predefined data processes/rules before integration with a CRM or LOB system is triggered.
