Terry is an Australian business icon. He is a strategic leader with over 30 years of international business experience and has worked in senior executive roles in multinational, national and non-profit organizations.
Terry founded Optus Communications and served as its chief executive officer. He has served as a board member and chairperson across a diverse range of organizations, including Motorola, Seeing Machines, Future Fibre Technologies, Multiple Sclerosis and Opportunity International Network.
Terry is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
A software entrepreneur with a talent for predicting the future direction of technological innovation, Phillip is the Co-Founder & Chief Innovator of Intelledox.
Prior to Intelledox, Phillip founded bespoke software development company DPM Consulting. Here, he led the development of leading learning management software Capabiliti LMS.
Phillip went on to recognize a global opportunity for automated document creation, and Intelledox was born. His extensive IT experience in Australia and South-East Asia has helped some of the world’s largest companies improve their business processes.
In 2013, under his leadership, Intelledox opened its first offices in New York and London, expanded to 150 customer sites across four continents, grew its North American business by 80 per cent and signed its first key Singapore government client.

She is a recipient of the Telstra and ACT Government’s Small Business Award and the Telstra and ACT Government’s Businesswoman of the Year Award.

David joined Ellerston Capital in 2005 and most recently has been the Investment Director for the Ellerston Ventures Fund. David has over 20 years’ experience in technology and investment markets, as a researcher, analyst and investor. He has extensive experience in the technology, gaming and consumer sectors with investment responsibility for public and private investments.
In his role as Investment Director, David leads the investment process, due diligence and negotiations with investees, as well as reporting to investors. David is the Chairman of Better Caring and a Director of Hipages, LiteracyPlanet and an Alternative Director of Friendsurance Australia.
David holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (since 1992, RMIT University).
Vesmond is the founder of IT infrastructure company Cavu Corp, a leading IT infrastructure service provider that offered a full range of enterprise solutions.
Vesmond’s strong IT background and business acumen played a key role in Cavu Corp being recognized and awarded as one of the Fastest Growing 50 SMEs in 2007 by DP Information Group in Singapore. Cavu Corp was acquired in 2007 by MediaRing, a SGX-listed company.
Prior to founding Cavu Corp, Vesmond was country general manager at Vanda Systems in Singapore. Under his stewardship, Vanda Systems was named IBM Business Partner of the Year from 1995 to 1999.
